The standard counter card is roughly A6 — about the size of a postcard — which is big enough to read across a counter without taking over the space. Table cards are smaller and double-sided. Tell us if you need a different size and we will quote it.

No, that is our job. Send us your logo and we design the card around it. If you do not have a logo we set your shop name in type — plenty of our cards are like that and they look clean.

Two or three concepts on custom orders, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Pick the one you like and ask for changes if you want them — a round of revisions is included, not an extra charge.

Ready-made uses one of our existing layouts with your QR code and shop name dropped in. It ships faster and costs less. Custom is designed around your own logo and brand colours from scratch. Most shops that see both pick custom.

We generate it. For a review card you send us your Google review link and we produce the code at the right size and contrast to scan reliably in shop lighting. For payment cards you send us the QR from your banking app and we redraw it cleanly onto the design.

Yes. We regularly do cards with two codes side by side — Google on one side, Instagram on the other. Just mention it in your design brief.

One, two or four, depending on which layout you pick. Four is the most we recommend on a counter card — beyond that the codes get too small to scan comfortably.

A receiving QR only lets someone send money to you — it cannot pull money out. That is why shops all over the country display them openly. Do check the printed card scans to the right account before you put it out, and tell us immediately if you change accounts so we can reprint.

Send us the new QR and we reprint that card at a reduced repeat-order rate, since the design work is already done. Most shops keep the old card until the new one arrives.

Ready-made cards ship in 1–2 working days. Custom cards take 24–48 hours for designs, then a day to print once you approve, then 2–4 working days for delivery. So most custom orders are on the counter within about a week.

Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. We are based in Lahore and Karachi and ship nationwide by TCS and Leopards. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta are all routine.

Yes, and most of our customers do. You can also transfer to us in advance and send the screenshot on WhatsApp, which is slightly faster because we start designing as soon as it reflects.

Yes, and it is worth doing in one go. Each branch gets its own QR pointing at its own Google listing, on the same design, and we label every card so the right one reaches the right counter. Ask us for a quote on anything over 25.

Photograph it before you unwrap anything else and send us the pictures within 48 hours. We reprint and resend at our cost. That is a manufacturing problem, not yours.

That should not happen — we scan every card with a real phone before it is wrapped. If one gets through, tell us and we replace it free. If the link itself was wrong because of something in the brief, we will still reprint it at cost.

Yes, and it is cheaper the second time because the design work is done. Your artwork stays on file against your account, so a reorder is a message rather than a whole new brief.
